Homeland Security head Janet Napolitano called Mexico a  matter of top priority last week. That's as far as the White House can and will take the issue given the scenes in Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Where are U.N peacekeeping forces by the way? Stopping a criminal militia ought to be an international matter. The answer is, there are no more peacekeeping forces but alot of people with Twitter accounts . click here
