
It turns out that "made in china" means just as much as "made in the USA" - not much. in this global economy parts are made in one country and products are assembled elsewhere. It is interesting to look at which countries are experiencing the real pain from the current economic recession. Businesses are smart. They move products based on trade barriers and tax rates to the places that benefit them most. Turns out China really doesn't add much "value" to the products that bare its name. read here.
