Ugh. The NY Times reports that former VP Dick "I Rifle Hunt like Elmer J Fudd " Cheney (above)concealed CIA counter terrorism project form Congress . Current CIA head Leon Panetta (above) ended the program June 23 when he got wind of it. This is fun stuff. Like Watergate but you can't impeach people out of office type stuff. Or is it? What does this concealment mean? Maybe fear that Congress wouldn't approve, or sign off of the programs. Maybe it was the Bushie's simple dislike or seeming lack of need for the other branches in DC. read article
