HUNDREDS TURN OUT FOR TEA PARTY PROTESTS IN CT . IN NYC The TEA PARTY SPANS ONE CITY BLOCK.

Those opposed to Obama's tax plans will tell you hundreds of thousands. In Milford , CT (pictured above) it was hundreds. In NYC  on Broadway, the protest ran only a block. We were there. However, people's voices were heard. Surprise surprise, there is opposition to another White House's course of action. Signs wanting to defend the 2nd amendment, childrens piggy banks, one saying" Hitler was a Socialist" were all front and center. Fascism, Socialism, Dictator, you know, all the bad words. Many of the bad words they called Bush too BTW a few years abck in Wash sq park. One even had "Ted Nugent in 2012." 

Point is, this protest was supposed to be about an unhappiness with the tax and economic plan. It of course became a platform for all types of govt disapproval and a perosnal attack on Obama instead. Protests rarely can stay focused anymore. Tonights lack of focus stripped the purpose of the Tea Party's original intent, which when considering the Bank bailout, A Trillion dollar budget, and higher taxes to only a select few, is  worth debating over.
