Does torture work, that is the real question. No wait, that's not the real question. Is it legal? As if there are actually laws. Nobody follows the "no roadside bomb" laws in Baghdad. The U.S. is a country of laws, though, so anything less is hypocritical if you get caught hitting out of bounds. Still, if it works it entices people to break the law more. read article
