This decision will be politicized and may have been a politcal decision. Obama has just stated that he'd be open to the interrogation of those who crafted the torture plans of terror suspects under the Bush administration. It will be up to Attorney General Eric Holder to do as he sees fit. Was it pressure from the left and groups like moveon.org that led Obama to this? Obama said we will be respected for following laws even when its hard, that he goes to sleep at night with keeping country safe as his top priority. More to come.
