HENRY KISSINGER'S VIEW ON CLINTONS TRIP TO NORTH KOREA
Perhaps the most well known Secretary of State in US history, Dr Henry Kissinger, who ruled foreign policy in Washington from 1969-1977, gives us his view of the politcal fallout that will result from Bill Clinton's trip to North Korea.
