Obama reacted to all of the Gitmo and Torture talk by stating that the Prison has weakened not strengthened national security. In a Newsweek interview this week he said that the dilemna of Gitmo is that some were imprisoned unfairly and now may have a vendetta against the U.S while others were a threat and should have already been tried in court. Overall the fact is , Gitmo has not gone the way many had hoped it would. Politically or pragmatically.
