South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham who admits he might not have had the courage to rule for Brown vs Board of Ed, and who also feels that the Supreme court is not a place to impart one's views on a whole people, said flat out that some things Sonia Sotomayor has said "bug the hell " out of him.
