Sonia Sotomayor continues to have to defend her ill advised "Wise Latina" remark during her confirmation hearing on Capitol Hill. Saying she worded her thoughts improperly but not backing off from her view that Latina's may have a different or better abiity to judge certain situations ( i.e have a viewpoint different from an old crusty White guy whose hung low balls drag on the floor), Sotomayor faces her biggest challenge today. Can she convince or at least quiet what is becoming a matter of racial controversy, a topic that gets America's panties in a bunch everytime?
