TJ and the TUX don't want to hear it. The GOP is probably already taping commercials poking fun of it. Last night President Obama, albeit jet lagged from his trip to Africa, threw a 54 foot pitch towards home plate, 60 feet 6 inches away, to kick start last night's Major League All Star Game. The basketball junkie was unable to achieve what so many set out to do when they throw out a ceremonial 1st pitch. Let's hope this does not become symbolic of his plans for the recession this year. C'mon Barry ! Let's go! Throw strikes!
