Stress tests, according to the Washington post, reveal that most banks have enough capital to outlast the recession. Of course it depends on how they use it. We need a Task Force to determine what the motives for bank spending will be so we can prepare for the future properly. Only a task force can do this, or anything essential to the countries well being really.
